Ability: Charisma

Widely implemented, custom implementation used by any character trying to use an item that requires them to be another class. Does not peter out at high levels like Bioware's version.

1) Scrolls' casting DC check

• use spellcraft skill if it is higher than the UMD skill

• for equiping only UMD check DC=5 for any classes' scroll

• for usable char's level check(if the scroll is your crafting, no check here！):
  • K=caster level of the scroll
  • K>=5 check=for lvl 5+
  • K>=9 check=for lvl 9+
  • k>=13 check=for lvl 13+
  • K>=16 check=for lvl 16+

• for casting check DC=10 + Caster Level of the scroll
  

• Caster Level=the numbers of "()" after the scroll name

2) Items' UMD DC
DC=level requirement of the item
