Scepter of Leadership and Influence
Description: This vessel of power is used to gather magical energies for whatever ends Robert Grimhorn has planned for their use.
Use: These store the record of crosiers you bring to Robert from time to time and act like a magical currency that you use to buy new ability tomes. If you don't have the scepter already, Robert will give you a new one with 1 charge on it when you turn in 100 Crosiers of Splendor to him. If you already have the scepter, then he records another charge on your current scepter which holds a maximum of 100 charges. If you spend all of the charges to 0, then the empty scepter will be taken from you until you turn in more crosiers.

Tome of Leadership and Influence II: 5 charges
Tome of Leadership and Influence IV: 25 charges
*Warning: The scepters Robert gives you in exchange for your crosiers are undroppable, so be sure this is who you want minding your deposits.*
