Tome of Clear Thought IV
Description This thick tome contains the instruction on improving memory and logic, but entwined within the words is a powerful magical effect. Anyone who carefully studies this book gains an inherent +4 bonus to their intelligence score. (Inherent bonuses are permanent, but do not stack with each other.)
Read this book near a riftshard to which you are bound to gain its effect. An experience cost of 20000 will be paid for this--so you must have at least 20 class levels when you read the manual.
