Scepter of Understanding
Description: This vessel of power is used to gather magical energies for whatever ends Robert Grimhorn has planned for their use.
Use: These store the record of crosiers you bring to Robert from time to time and act like a magical currency that you use to buy new ability tomes. If you don't have the scepter already, Robert will give you a new one with 1 charge on it when you turn in 100 Crosiers of Wisdom to him. If you already have the scepter, then he records another charge on your current scepter which holds a maximum of 100 charges. If you spend all of the charges to 0, then the empty scepter will be taken from you until you turn in more crosiers.
