Description:

Those who have dedicated themselves to the dwarven mines have learned the ability to forge their own steel with a temporary enchantment by drawing their strength from the enemies.

Functionality:
- Lasts 5 Rounds + 1 Round/Level. You have 2 uses per day.
- Has a smallish AoE effect centered on the user. It inflicts a stackable 20% slow to enemies that isn't removed by you resting. Formula seems to be (Level/4 + d20) vs. DC=(Enemy STRMOD + d20).
- For every enemy in the AoE wearing medium armor, heavy armor, or a shield, you receive +1 AC per item, stacking up to +4.
- For every enemy in the AoE with a weapon (unarmed and creature weapons don't apply here!), you gain +1 AB, stacking up to +4. Every enemy that this applies to receives a stackable -4 AB (max -20 AB).
