Description:

  • Those who have dedicated themselves to the dwarven mines have learned the ability to forge their own steel with a temporary enchantment by drawing their strength from the enemies.


  • Functionality:
    • Lasts 5 Rounds + 1 Round/Level. You have 2 uses per day.
    • Has a smallish AoE effect centered on the user. It inflicts a stackable 20% slow to enemies that isn't removed by you resting. Formula seems to be (Level/4 + d20) vs. DC=(Enemy STRMOD + d20).
