Evenshire is a small village of halflings located at the northern edge of the territory claimed by the [[Last Alliance]]. The halfings of Evenshire are their own self-contained NPC faction which is friendly to the [[Last Alliance]], the [[Northern Coalition]], [[The Circle]], and [[Ragnar's Kin]]. Evenshire is hostile to the [[Ancient Ones]], the [[Shadow Legion]], and the [[Mystral Ascendancy]]. There is a [[Last Alliance]] rift shard in the local [[Evenshire: Apartments|apartments]]. Also the village itself is surrounded by a large population of halfling fighters and guards, as well as a [[Evenshire: Tavern|tavern]] with a tailor station and a bartender who will sell you drinks as well as healing kits and ammunition. Evenshire is also the home of the Fricebottle family.
