Hehe... so here I go again... then make the bind point in Beryn neutral. The same argument applies with that bind point as it does with the one in the Oasis. That is the closest bind point for Zons, and still it is not that close. The argument for the Oasis is that it is close to the Hive for planar runs. What you are scared people might have to pay to get from Ave to go to the planes?
Seriously guys, you have no strong foundation or argument that we have seen yet to have one neutral and the other faction specific. The ONLY argument that has even been feasible was that the NC was faction specific due to the job location for NC, but then I argued the same applied for the Oasis but that got ignored.
If you can either make a change or a SOLID argument against this other than "no we don't want to" or "people want to do planar runs and we don't feel they should need to pay for the dragon ride" then maybe this topic would go away. Hmmm... maybe this topic keeps coming up, and it has now for at least 6 months, because it needs some serious attention and not a simple brush off like it always gets.

A seemingly obvious solution would be to make the bind point in the tent faction specific and use the bindpoint beyond the angmar canyon as a neutral bindpoint. This bindpoint/riftshard is not currently used for anything anyways.
It gives non-faction types a bind point closer than they would otherwise have if the angmar point was changed, to access the planes while giving MA its job specific area with bindpoint.
Additionally I would place a neutral bindpoint somewhere near the lowland coast, maybe in the house in hallowtop, to give non-faction types better access to Zons, while giving NC the same situation as MA.

I like that idea about making a neutral bindpoint in Hallowtop as it would make zons more accessible for factions other than NC and TC.
I'm biased about the Angmar bindpoint
(for obvious reasons) and believe that the distance from it to Garagoth makes it a mute point. One could make the opposite argument about the canyon just as easily. Low lvl MA players could use that as their bindpoint (leaving the oasis neutral) allowing them a safe bindpoint and access to MA jobs in the region.
Having said that, both of your arguments/solutions are good ones and I believe are worth looking into.
