Item transfer boxes in avendell

Place the transfer boxes for items in Avendell (or Hilltop inn,Carston's house...), like in guildhouses?

There's no problem in finding someone to help with an itemtransfer in the weekend, but during weekdays it can be hard to find some help with it. Afterall Avendell is the city of trade.
