Deleting chars

I have way too man chars that I don't use. I've tried contacting a DM within the realm, but to no avail. How to I go about completing this task?

Visit the devil angel in whatever faction you have the toon if it is low level otherwise any devil angel will do. Most devil angels are located in the various temples, MA,SL,LA and AO are there. The others I am not so sure of since I never used the RK angel and have not built toons out of TC or NC.

Aye, the Ragnar's Kin Devil Angel is in the Temple of Moradin - southern portion of the Ragner's Kin Lower Stronghold map.

TC's is in the NW part of Melencia next to a chasm.
