Just dinged 16 and i found out i have to buy my gear from other players or find it. Looking for the following items:

Weapon: jenaquiaz's blade

Armor: Tagnar's armor -or- Merfolk highlords celestial armor

Helm: Ritualists helm -or- merfolk highlords celestial helm -or- helm of the grand mystic

Belt:gold -or- silver trimmed troll skin belts

Gloves: giant hide -or- tiger skin gloves

Amulet: mithril amulet of will

Rings: 2x slave ring

Id rather just buy it, i dont care for having to form a party to accomplish my goals. Always people leaving, loot disputes, people pulling a leroy, etc.

Most of those items are fairly hard to get relative to other items of that level. I have plenty of mithril amulets for sale. The rest would be items I'd only accept trades for, exchanging items that are either higher level or similar scarcity - not items you're likely to have. Still, I'd be happy to in-game see if I have other items that are for sale and better than what you're currently using: more common level 16 items.

Gold is so common in Neversummer, most people want to trade gear instead of sell it. Most of the time, if you want to buy gear, you can just do it at the stores. Other then that, you're just going to have to learn to get along with the other kids. Any maybe join a guild that's fairly friendly. Most of them have decent stores of items available to it's members. The problem with that is that most will want their guild's tag in the toon's name.

Myrdyr if there are more common level 16 items i am sure they would work, im only going to be using them til i hit 20 afterall... I might take you up on that offer.

As for rebuilding a character just to alter its name... im not doing that. Do DMs offer any name changing service (is that even possible in this game).

Tell me next time in game. I love to give out free gear to people i like, or sometimes just randomly. Ive got some of that stuff on me right now

Is this what our world has to look forward to? Is there no drive left? No pride or sense of satisfaction for a job well done? Unfortunately, this attitude is becoming more prevalent in our world, which does not bode well for the future of man. I agree with DD1's statement wholeheartedly.

It also seems to be becoming significantly harder to find a party these days...
I just spent a few hours working solo in the earth plane because I either couldn't get responses to lfp on shout or they didn't want to go planar
