Server Disconnect

Whenever I try to connect to server 4, it says all remaining slots for either DM/Server admin, and the player count is 19/64...is this correct?

Yes, this is correct. We're currently controlling the player counts by using a database (easier to update and allows us to reserve slots for DMs). The reason it's so low right now is that we are trying to "go easy" on the servers for a while, until we can track down the sources of some of the more serious issues.
