What CRAP!!!!

OK so Im new so ok i read the boards and it says this : Be warned travelers - any disturbances within the walls of Avendell are subject to the God's wrath. This land has the favour of the Gods and any PKing, spell casting or disruptions may mean retribution to the offender.
Ok now those little posts outside are not mentioned at all and sure the dm said he said it to me but can i prove he didnt no...Ok so my arrow gets him inside the posts but not in the town now according TO THE BOARDS this is legal..but still i get banned for hours when the DM should have posted better info for new players. I WASNT IN TOWN and i didn't think the fence posts counted since they were on the same screen still. Now im not saying this as a threat or any stupid internet crap like that cause i could simply be banned for life..all i am asking is that the dm's take into account that not every morsel of info is on the boards and some of us are new here and it leaves alot open to interpritaion. Be more specific or don't enforce rulles that arent enforcable properly.

I suggest you pay attention to the Commandments that you find in your journal each time you log.

well i just had my buddy read his cause im banned and yet again it says NOTHING about the little fences.

No pking within sight of the gates of Avendell ... One doesn't need to be a rocket scientist to understand that the fences serve to "highlight" what area about the Avendell gates signify "within sight" of them.

II Thou shalt not participate in or initiate any hostile actions in Avendell. Thou SHALL control or dissmiss thy summons and pets in Avendell so that THEY do not participate in or initiate any hostile actions. This includes the areas inside the preliminary fences of Avendell.


plus your the player i warned IN SHOUT not even 2 minutes before you did it...DO NOT fight between fence and advendell gates..

then you did it right in front of me..DONT say you didnt see shout because you answered in shout that you wasnt. and there is another DM that say it all

I never said i didnt see it all i said was i miss understood it and there was no leway given AT ALL.not to mention it said ANY PLAYER FOUND FIGHTING IN AVENDELL WILL BE BANNED and thats all you said. Not like i took a screen shot but its a game and i dont have to lie. I mean come on were not all perfect and NO I DIDN"T THINK IT WAS WRONG OR I WOULDN"T HAVE DONE IT. and ok within sight i accept what i did was wrong but this is not real life and not knowing something is wrong and doing it should not get you banned at all esspecilly being not even three days old on the server but i guess since The DM's have a god complex im out of luck all i wanted was an updated post on the boards cause some of us don't read our journals everyday.

Ignorance of the Law is not an excuse, neither is the 'well I rarely read the journal' a plausible one. Besides - the commandments *are* posted on the NS4 board, exactly as in the journal entry

Instead of lashing out to DMs who simply did their duty and carping about the sentence passed for something you yourself acknowledge as being guilty of, perhaps you should reflect more on your attitude, etiquette and responsibilities as a player ...

Not the comandments and no i dont read them everyday and IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE WHICH I APPOLOGIZED FOR but the DM still had to power trip. not like i was gonna go out and do it again for cripes sake I didn't flippin know. This is not real give me a break.

The Neversummer Commandments are posted on this very forum (General Discussion) as a sticky *and* they are reproduced in your journal entry for *your* convenience. Please - reread my suggestion about reflecting upon your attitude, etiquette and responsibilities as a player here ...

funny how i got only one kill and Xiloe ran inside the fences when i was further down and one of my arrows went off scrren and hit her as she got to the gates and i never got more than one kill on anyone. So where did twice come from? Stinky was the only kill and it was cause i wasnt aware of the fence rule

i then ported to you . were i watched you shoot a arrow at zacho.then turn and kill stinky. ALL within the fence and gate.....

The arrow was not a zacho and by the way this was still in the time i was confused about the fence rule and don't bring up your shout unless you have a screen shot cause i dont remember it that way at all. From what i remeber all the shout contained was not to fight in avendell but hey your a DM and im just a player so i guess you win
