Darkness/Imp. Invis.
While using improved invis and in the AoE of a darkness spell, is there actually two 50% chances to miss?

Uh... they don't stack. There's no extra benefit since they're both derived from the character's inability to see you.

BioBug involving invisibility. When you enter the darkness you are made invisible. When you leave the darkness you get it removed. You had something else that made you invisible too? Oops we didn't track that separately.
Improved Invisibility is actually 2 separate effects. 1) Invisibilty, 2) 50% concealment. The invisibility portion gives you concealment (and the other invis perks) until you attack or have invis removed another way. The conceal effect just lasts until the end of the duration. It's a rather poor way of doing Imp. Invis if you ask me.
