Boot to the Arse

I would really like to play Neversummer. The introductory movies show me that the creators put a lot of effort into their game and used the Neverwinter Toolset to its limit. As misfortune would have its way, I cannot get into the world. I've an Elven Druid who has walked through the forest path, along with the ambush and the Forest Walkers to my rescue. I'm brought to the city and when the loading screen appears, it never quite finishes and says there is an error. I've tried to get in several times, even as far as making a new character and trying again on a separate occasion with the same result. It told me to contact this site to make my situation known and booted me. Please help me enter Neversummer. My character is Eirelle (no last name).

Since NS4 is located on 2 servers, with the area spread across, you proberly logged onto the server that doesn't hold Melencia.

Try to log on to the other NeverSummer 4 beta server (1) and you should be fine.
