Storm of Vengeance is not working. I cast it and get a message saying "You can only concentrate on one storm of vengeance at a time." But, I only had one memorized and therefore only casted one. Still does nothing but give me that message.

interesting.. Have you checked the bug tracker and see if its been reported already ?? and/or reported it yourself...

Kinda old topic...but this happened to me today. Seems that it is per login, and if you re-log and come back it should be fixed. Not sure what caused it, but it is likely related to crashing while a storm is already going.

Yeah, it only did it for a while then never occured again.
