how do people feel about the limitation of one enchantment spell per weapon per time?

I personally don't like (my paladin doesn't and neither does my mage)

I find it to be a less than stellar change. Its really harsh on the paladin. Not being able to use holy sword because you cast magic weapon earlier that day is not a fun change. A paladin should be able to start the day with greater magic weapon and then use bless weapon, deafening clang or holy sword as the situation demands.
As for darkfire and flame weapon being powerful, just spend a feat on resist energy and you halve the damage. Spend an epic feat on resist energy and you negate the damage altogether. Pick a race with fire resist, wear armour with fire resist, choose a class with elemental resist spells, be a dragon desciple, there are so many ways around that extra fire damage.
Although I would prefer to have the weapon spells stack I do think that greater magic weapon should cap at +4 so as not to completely negate most of the arcane protection spells. Paladins could still get +5 for a short duration with holy sword and of course there is still every wizard's favourite, the arcane archer.

guys, reply to this if you disagree/think that weap buffs should be capped at 1. should a mage be able to turn his ftr friend's weapon into a keen, +5, +10 fire dmg weapon. I would say why not, but if you disagree, let the devs know, cause i'm rooting for them to change it back to multiple weapon buffs.

Ahhh..this explains why df doesn't work every time I cast it...annoying that. So it'll work once per 24 hours of game time?
