Spawning prob

For most of the night, servers 1 and 4 were really unstable, crashing and lagging out repeatedly. Dwarven stronghold-lower level hasnt spawned ANYthing for hours now. I went back to aven, waited 6 hours..came back, nothing. Logged out for 5 hours and came back, still nothing. Gear dropped is still laying around. Aside from the merchants, the place is a ghost town. Did all the crashes and resets screw up the spawn timer?

might have someone standing around if the loot bags were still on the ground.

Also think maybe if someone logs in a place mobs might not respawn. Not entirely sure, it may just take them longer.
