Bard Song Damage

I started a bard recently and noticed that my allies werent getting the damage bonus, just the +0 bludge damage no sonic damage, from the song.
Is this a bug or intended?

What lvl is your bard that is important low lvl song dose not give damage to allies. The sonic damage is the singing bard only if the bard is a pure bard.

Right... spouting off how long you have been around every other post. Every time willow says that the only thing I can think of is some guy shouting off "Ive been a senior in high school for 5.5 years I MUST be the greatest!!!" How long youve been here doesnt change the math of the game willow... nor does it mean you know the recent changes better than other, or let alone any changes to the basic game.
