Tonight I saw an absolutely ridiculous thing, a level 3 getting buffed by a level 40 cleric and bard to go into the Rock Peak Mausoleum. To this I say: No how. No way. That are is not designed for a level 3. Or is the Mountain Trail, Gnolls pits etc. End of discussion.

You can get buffed to the max BUT STAY WITHIN ZONES THAT ARE DESIGNED FOR YOUR LEVEL OR THERE ABOUT. If I catch any ridiculous power leveling as described above you may lose what you have gained and that includes the possibility of losing the privilege of NS4.
