pure pally changes and invalid toon

just wondering what the new changes on pure pallies are....something about the kd/worship for the aspect of the diety..just want some clarification here...also i have a toon that is showing up as invalid...sir twiggy a lvl 3 dwarf fighter for dw...wondering if that could be looked into and fixed...

Aspect of the Deity used to force players to bow down and worship you for 2 rounds... for NPCs it did a KD effect.

Can you remember the last thing you did with Sir Twiggy before he got messed up? Trying to track down what's causing this problem, so any info possible is highly appreciated.

no...last time i made him was before i went on my hiatus....so like cloase to a year ago....or whatever...maybe closer to 6 months....but yeah..i can't remember...oh and for a little more clarification....the aspect thing no longer does that?.....but instead makes you basically get a freedom of movement spell and removes some negative affects?

Yeah, I feel the same way Twiggy, being the owner of a Pure Paladin. Damn Linux and his nerfing skills.

But, you do get Damage Reduction from it, immunity to 6th level spells and lower, a UEF, and something else I can't remember.

well actually i have heard from more than one pure pally that their skills have indeed been either nerfed ? or somthing doesnt work the way it should.... tis frustrating indeed

...pallies seem to be emitters of worthless light and flashes ...two big explosive attacks (graphic wise) that dont do anything

Once per day, the Paladin channels an immense amount of his God's power, taking on his God's visage while temporarily overwhelming all nearby enemies with his glory. He gains Celestial properties (Immunty to Knockdown, ability decrease, negative levels, poison, paralysis, Mind-Affecting Spells, and gains +20/5 Damage Reduction), Immunity to Spells 6th Level and lower, 5% Added Immunity to all damage forms (except Divine), See Invisibility, and +20 to spot skill for 1 Round per Charisma Modifier.

And now add to that Freedom of Movement and a bugfix where bad effects weren't being removed.

Paladins get more bonuses than Barbarians and Fighters... they're pretty uber.

ya they are lol...so easy to get like 75ac, 65+ab with one of them..as a str toon...while adding a butload of divine dmg and whatever free abilities they get

just for clarification i wasn't being sarcastic....my statement was actually looking for a yes you are correct in saying that....not i agree with you....i am not one to complain about something in a game when it already has some cool stuff....well at least i won't complain in a sarcastic way but more in a constructive whiny way....like wow that really made my pally suck...then come up with a useful suggestion and reasons why that made him suck....i have not actually gotten to 40 with my pure pally so i have no reason to complain about a skill i can't use.....yet.

i don't have a problem not having him...the problem i have is that he is invalid and i can't even get to him to delete him....i don't mind remaking him...though having a toon already made and established...(i think he already has a guild key and some money and items on him, not to mention some of the faction jobs were done as well)....i wouldn't mind it if he was just deleted....i just kinda want him dealt with in one wa or another..please
