Yes, ns4 has come a LONG way from when I first set foot in Aetheria on opening day, but it's not 100% complete

1. I agree with willow, SL needs jobs, I think the main holdup has something to do with giving a hips-like token as a job bonus to make assassins more effective, this could be a major balancing issue if SL people ab-use it ;P

2. Also LA and AO need a job-overhaul to make them more along the lines of the other factions (some kind of damage shield would be nice, and/or some bonus weapon damage, mage or cleric slots, etc... lots of possibilities)

3. The set of unique +6, +7 and +8 weapons are not complete, so there are still certain weapons that most people will gravitate toward, adding in some more planes (Stygian?) will hopefully see some uniques like spears and handaxes etc...

4. Some bosses and dragons still need some unique drops (ie: i've found only Shiv' has a nice unique drop of the non-planar dragons)

5. I wouldn't mind seeing similar changes that happened on ns3.5 happen on ns4 (like giant mtn - ice wyrm & undermountain - could be another zons/ice giants level zone)

but other than that, this virtual world as it currently is, by what I've seen is one of the most well rounded and complete. Nowhere that I have played has such possibilities in builds that gives 'real' use to feats and skills where other servers have gear with crazy stat boosts and immunities to everything, and godlike weapons.

i think a boss like g1 not wiht uber gear but wiht a varity of stuff would be cool. Like make all her droppable gear level 40 (obviously ) and make it more random.

I really want to see the pure class bonuses put in, as well as all items and jobs finished/fleshed out/added. After that, NS4 is probably looking to be in maintenance mode more than anything. It'll be fairly complete by then except maybe a few fun tweaks here and there.

I think a lot of pure classes shouldn't be getting any additional benefits, especially casting classes and monks. But I'm sure the DM's have debated that and know what they are doing.

Empowerment to pure barbarians, rangers, and paladins would definitely do a good service to the balance in neversummer 4.
