Just as the NS3 Greater Wildshape code (and Dragonshape) was merged into NS4 to fix crashing, I also merged the NS3 animal Wildshape and level 9 Shapechange spell code. Big thanks to Fangorn of NS3 (and 5) for providing the NS3 code.
Also, I put the NS3 merge feedback code in to let you know what's being merged when you change forms.
I still haven't gotten to the druid elemental forms and the level 4 Polymorph Self spell... those should still be considered unstable. If the server does crash again (and I'm sure it will at some time), please let me know all you can about what may have caused it... the more I know the more I can do to make the server stable.

Monks who polymorph using Wildshape, Greater Wildshape, Humanoid Shape, or Shapechange (level 9 spell) now acquire an AC decrease penalty (deflection) equal to their wisdom modifier. This is to both balance the extreme AC on some monk/shifter builds as well as to make it easier to balance shifters altogether since we no longer have to worry about two types of shifters: monks and non-monks.

Alright folks, Druid elemental forms are now merged with the new "stable" code, as well as Polymorph Self (the level 4 spell).
Also Shapechange and Polymorph Self now refer to our custom polymorph.2da file instead of having hardcoded merge item/armor/weapon values, so some forms may be a bit tougher from what I've seen.

-Shifters with at least 10 shifter levels who transform into an ancient dragon gain a dragon fear aura automatically. DC is 30 + wisdom modifier.
-Dwarven Defenders now receive 10% immunity to all physical damage per 10 Dwarven Defender levels (30% max).
-At 30 Dwarven Defender levels, they receive immunity to sneak attacks and knockdown as well.
-A Red Dragon Disciple receives the ability to transform into an Ancient Red Dragon once per day with 30 Red Dragon Disciple levels. Like shifters, they too receive the dragon fear aura, but the DC is 30 + 1d20.

-Increased duration of Azerblood Azer fire ability to 1 hour + 1 hour per 5 levels.
-Shifter Drow and Azer forms now get a spell resistance bonus equal to 15 + shifter level.
-Shifter Kobold forms no longer gets flat bonus to hide and move silently (was +25 for epic kobold form). Instead, they now receive +1 to hide and move silently per 2 shifter levels (+15 max).

Improvements to Harper Scout prestige class:
-Cat's Grace and Eagle's Splender are now empowered.
-Sleep DC is now 3/4 Harper's character level + CHA modifier (or WIS if higher). Works on targets regardless of their hit die.
-Invisibility behaves like Improved Invisibility at character level 20+.
-Tymora's Smile gives +1 to Spot, Listen, Taunt, and bludgeoning damage per 5 character levels versus favored enemies (+8 max) plus half that in dodge AC versus favored enemies (+4 max). Harper Scouts that are Rangers only receive half this bonus (+4 maximum Spot, Listen, Taunt, and bludgeoning damage and +2 dodge AC) versus their favored enemies. Feat is now a free action. This stacks with the bonuses from Favored Enemy feats and Bane of Enemies. Tymora's Smile still gives a +2 to all saves. Duration is permanent.

-Removed worship/knockdown effect from Aspect of the Deity. (Sorry, pure paladins are powerful enough as it is)

-Enemy NPCs must now make spot/listen check before you get the "You have been spotted!" message and are forced out of stealth mode... before it happened automatically regardless of the NPC's spot and listen skills.

The combat victorious now have a bit more time to gloat over the corpses of their battered and beaten foes.
-Increased the delay between dying and respawning in PvP, as a response to several issues that occur in large battles.
