Amoenotep any reason for this? Is it an exploit? Anything that makes Harper Scouts useful would be a good thing!
I was looking at making a toon with harper scout at epic levels was tossing whether to make a dexxer or not. If there's no stacking that changes things a bit thats all.
Thanks for the response.

i think it has something to do with the overlying ns4 codes with stacking of multiple like spells/buffs. they don't stack and i wouldn't want to see them stack. i made a bard/harper for fun and if they stacked i could get 50+ dex easily and he would be a force to be reckoned with....he's already tough for a dex'r anyway.

Honestly, having tested this with a Harper Scout it looks like it may stack. Unmodified Dex went from 31 to 34 with the Harper Scout ability then from 34 to 37 with another Dex buff. On other attempts I was able to get a 38, 39 and even a 41 Dex. Since Cats Grace only grants 1d4+1 bonus to Dex this is obviously more then you would get from just a single casting of Cats Grace. This is an unmodified Dex so items may cap out the bonuses but it's still a significant increase.
there are +8 dex, +3 ac boots and +5 dex, +5 ac boots. if you can get that +3 dex from stacking buffs you can wear Imbued Adamantine instead of Infused Grace and voila: +2 ac.
provided you can find this stuff of course, but in theory...
