There are lots of new people checking out the server all the time, if the nspker account is loggedin again and is pking newbies I think you should rethink thier logging to avoid combat.
If the character is in combat with another and logs to avoid death thats a whole different thing, and is done with intent. Many new players have never been on a PK server like this, and most other Pk servers you lose something exp/gold/something. Here its ussually not an issue to die by PK, they wont know this for a while.
I have to agree with mgrjebbo if the person doesn't want anything to do with it, or knows a level 5 isn't going to stand up to a 30+ monk, why waste the time. Chances are they wont come back after a few of those anyway.
I think intent and history might be a good thing to look at when reviewing a DM kill. Dd the guy stand there for 40 seconds then poof? that might be a crash more then a logout. Is this a high level player that knows the way it is on the server? Are they in a guild, or some random level 5 newbie? Just some options when reviewing that type stuff. Having a DM kill you as a new player just might lose you a player.
