bah humbug i know for a fact that dm's have access to gear players do not... so double ha, not to mention stat adjustments, cause who can be bothered with finding a book.

but hey its a perk, not holding it against you... you guys should get something for giving up your time. even though you did volunteer and its a fun job, and others would love to do it aswell.

my smiter is a legit build anyone can do in the NC...pally/cleric/CoT with high cha and smite IX. on average a critting smite will do close to 1k. a non crit does about 400-500hp with the hope crusher and full buffs.

not saying staff builds cant be done by anyone else... just saying who else sinks 3 or 4 +4 books into a build. oh not to mention 0-40 in under 60 seconds.

gear however is not a build, and most staff builds do use some gear unavailble to players.

but who cares anyway, just more bragging when i own you,.... j/k

I'm just happy bout my smite, this ain't a ping contest folks, or checking to see who's is bigger, I did good, I'm bragging. Have since bested that as well, but didn't want to start another mine's bigger thread

(not because I don't believe you, but because I want to see it. I'm still curious as to what kind of damage a toon might get on a crit with a 23pally, 10 CoT, 7 wm scythe wielding build with Grt Smiting 10. That would be a lot of fun to see)

Just the fact that some of the powers that be even play good aligned toons is troubling. Thats like allowing Blackguards in NC!!!

LOL, the powers that be ARE good-aligned, you poor benighted child of chaos. Just because they strike us down, doesn't mean they don't love us!

Oh, and blackguards in NC? Hmm, I've seen requests for wizards and rogues, but maybe the wrong tree was being barked up - maybe we should start working on blackguards ... would blackguard and pali smite stack? Yay!

I think that was a Crit-Smite from the White Lord.
