spell focus feats vs scrolls?

anybody know if the various spell focus feat buffs to spells take effect if you cast the spell from a scroll?

i.e. you have transmutation feats and you cast time stop off a scroll, do you get the extra duration?

my experience is yes it does apply. I remember a certain Ranger/Rogue/WM build Timestoppin all over the place for multiple rounds although it was a DM build.... but i don't know for sure although i will test it next time im on a focus'd caster
