Pure Barbarians

Well if we are going into thoughts of what a barb is or isnt, then I believe that they shouldn't be able to cross class in An arcane class since from 1st edition all the way till 3.5, they have distrusted the practice at best and even feared it at worst(not to mention the fact that Barbs can't read and write) but maybe that is meant for another thread
