There was once a shout from Chase who got the rumour into motion that shifters werent allowed, but only because a player complained that the shifter was crashing the server on purpose. Which is still to be proven...
So as far as it concerns me it is allowed. Will it crash the server? Might be... So lets at least warn the ppl beforehand, if youre going to use a shifting character shout out and everyone can relog to try to salvage at least something. It doesnt always work, but more often than not.

Trap you say....I wholly agree he has a trap that just will not stay shut. And given the size of said trap I am surprised the whole NS4 community has not been engulfed. Ignoring the ignoramus will not work it was tried and failed miserably. So now I just put it in his/her (slightly gender confused methinks) face whenever it pops up. i tell ya, not once have a sent you an insutling pm, not once have a shouted curse words on the server. not once have i broke a rule intentionaly or used a known exploit. i dont drink pots in pvp. i return weapons when i disarm them. what are you so upset about lokar? are you still upset that 2 months ago i power leveled you with jean for 2 hours for no reason other than to be nice, and then when i logged my kst toon a different day i pk'ed. is that why you hate me so?
is there a reason that every time i log, an IO or some other MA sends me a tell harrassing me or shouts about me drinking pots when i havent drank a pot in pvp since i learned it was a fopaw back when i was a nooblet. I have done nothing to provoke this treatment and i am sick and tired of it. how old are you? are you an adult because i am holding you to adult standards and maybe i shouldnt be.
Do onto others, i expect to be pk'ed but the shouts and the pm's need to stop. i am not going to send pm's to the staff or try and get anyone banned, i just want people to enjoy the game. Its not fun to insult someone for no reason.
If this behavior continues then i will become what i am being accused of. I will kill every lowbie i see. i will drink heal pots tell the cows come home in every pvp match i encounter. i will disarm and keep weapons on every single toon i see that is red even if its level 2...
but that isnt me. i dont play like that and i dont expect to be accused of it.
further more.. WTF is your guys problem with the MD folks?? huh what did they do to you other than make MA what it was. you wouldnt even have your lvl 40's if it werent for them defedning and raiding for you..
maybe you should think about showing them alittle grattitude instead of trying to get them banned every 5 seconds for no reason....

on a side note lokar i would be careful. insulting the staff on the boards in a non-constructive way, like you did above is a quick way to get booted faster than dorothy.

knowingly crashing the server will NOT be tolerated..taking a shifter into a battle KNOWINg you will DIE and therefore crashing the server.. will not be tolerated.
