Just a small Thank You

Post by de_slider »

I would like to thank everyone who was in the party last eve that visited Positive Plain. I don't remember all or your names, but I do know that we had one hell-of-a blast. The goodies divided at the end was just a little sugar on the already nicely iced caked.

I think just about every faction was represented. Mortal, sworn enemies and friends alike, who just went out and had great fun together. I would like to also thank the DM(s) who turned an already hectic and busy place into an absolute, chaotic, mad-hourse. Poor Snipper did so much running that I got tired just watching her.

So to all again, many thanks. Look forward to our next trip together as well as future pvp battles. **Huggers**

Indeed, thank you to the DM(s) that put the story line together, and the players involved. That was a great example of how people from different factions and guilds can put aside their differences for a time and work together and have a great time. Everyone contributed a great deal, there is no way we would have made it through without everyone's contributions and efforts, and the prizes were well worth the efforts by all.

I for one found the event to be revitalizing and refreshing. For me, and hopefully for all involved, it made the game all the more fun again.

For myself and IO I would like to say that we may see some of you on the battlefield from time to time, but it would be a great honor to do such battle as conducted last night again by your sides. Well done everyone!!!! :D

To bad I wasnt able to finish it, internet went out before planar invasion could be completed :( I dont know if someone was able to complete the story, just getting back on line

But glad you had fun, with all the chaos and special effects I am surprised I didnt burn out my video card :o

Lol it's a bad place for special effects. I kept crashing every 20' or so. But it was worth it. 1000 times over. It was so nice to see the lumi fight the undead from HoD and us trying to get the xp before the enemy landed the killing blow... Besides as you crashed we started our own event: we went back for a fallen member and lost the orientation a bit :). We even searched the positive plane for chests you might have placed for us at the end - but alas it wasn't really needed.
A big thank you for the experience.

It's great to have Metis back - we have a lot of great DM's, and she's been one of the greatest! I've been in three or four events the last week or so, and all have been great fun. Thanks!

Yeah, I'd like to extend the thanks to everyone involved as well, we certianly had a motley party, however fairly well balanced. I too crashed a lot, but certainly have no complaints as that can be expected with so much going on. It's an acceptable trade-off as far as I'm concerned and everyone seemed to be conscious of reinviting the crashers. Great job everyone, and thanks for helping my archer hit lvl 40!

it sounds like it was quite the epic epic event. I only wish i was there to get xp and to see all those undead go down. Soulcatcher has an amazing voice and would like to enprison some undead souls for power.
So maybe next time.
