ok here is a rough idea I hope to get going.
Prisoner interrogation
One of the factions holds a prisoner that must be guarded until the specialists arrive to begin torture.
Defender details:
Your ally will hopefully come to aid you
You must keep the prisoner alive for 24 hours (48 minutes) - might extend that
if you do not have any live guards in the room the prisoner can escape, if you catch up before they reach their home faction and you kill all those involved in freeing him, he returns to your city - the clock is still ticking
Reward levels:
1. Prisoner is kept alive for duration - Tier 1 (highest reward)
2. Prisoner is killed - Tier 3
3. Prisoner escapes - Tier 6
Attackers:
Prisoner is a PC volunteer to play this part - must adhere to very strict guildlines on acceptable actions
You must kill every defender to free him
You must escort him back to your city once in your city you have succeeded
Reward levels:
1. Prisoner is brought back - Tier 1
2. Prisoner dies while escaping - Tier 2
3. Prisoner dies while being captive - Tier 5
4. Prisoner is interrogated (time runs out) - Tier 6
Rewards:
Tier 1 - 3 items (no books) of choice(decided after dice roll) + 3000xp per
Tier 2 - 2 items (no books) of choice (decided after dice roll) + 3000xp per
Tier 3 - 1 item (no book) of choice (decided after dice roll) + 2500xp per
Tier 4 - 1 item (no books) of choice (decided after dice roll) + 2000xp per
Tier 5 - 2000xp per
Tier 6 - 1500xp per
Lots of details to hash out, including revisting the reward tiers, I will be making this kind of tier for each level range. If it ends up very 1 sided I will bolster them to reach equal strength, all the defenders must be dead or out of the room...stating this very strictly defenders must be actively fighting no hiding until your friends respawn and return. You may want more for rewards but not to be mean these are only ment to help your character its suppose to be fun, thats the main point to break the usual. This specific one is open to any level, heck a bunch of 40s running around bring your 20, you might die every minute but me personally I love just being involved.
Who volunteers to be the prisoner will have very restrictive actions, keep this in mind before you volunteer since if you dont follow it you will ruin the whole event

I did some thinking and I will create someone who can be rescued, my reasoning is it might get very boring to have to just sit there waiting to escape, which might not happen.
Someone can still volunteer but I figured everyone would rather be in the heart of the action instead of sitting in a room not seeing anything. I would need to put the prisoner somewhere the AI cant see them or else they will just be pressed against the bars trying to kill him and ignore everyone else.
Any factions want to start volunteering?

We did one of these scenarii. This time the god of the kobolds needed our help to free some of it's worshippers from the grasp of undead troops. It was quite some fun.
Now I would like to fight mobs for once who don't have crit. immune etc. What about some Sahuagin attacking Falme and taking hostages in the Arcane School, or whatever it is called... Maybe led by the Water Dragon.
