ok this is weird paladins and rangers have the same spell progression my ranger was one level late in getting a 1st lvl spell however a paladin im leveling got it as he should on 14th level. so did the ranger spell progression get messed up somehow? if one of you devs can take a look and see if its that or my ranger just had a weird quirk that fixed itself.

ok alot of you are getting confused apparently so let me recap this
my ranger who has a 14 wis had 2 lvl 1 slots at 13th level ... at lvl 14 she should of gotten another lvl 1 slot she did not ... she did get it at 15th level tho... while leveling a paladin who has the same wis stat... got a third lvl 1 slot at 14th level as it should.... so dispite the 2 toons having the same spell progression one got the 3rd lvl 1 slot at 15th instead of 14th level ... that was the ranger who did not get the 3rd lvl 1 slot at 14th.
not a big deal honestly however i know if it was a mage or cleric with incorrect spell progression alot of people would be up in arms about it.
again not a big deal really i just found it strange and it would be nice if we could get it looked into.

Arguing based on a wiki isn't exactly the best thing to do either. They are often wrong due to edits that aren't always caught. If you go into the history, someone modified the table. It was originally gained at level 15 until someone changed it to 14.

Paladin had the same thing happen, so unless a second source can be found, I wouldn't trust the wiki at this point
EDIT: better yet, go into single player(custom modules work best to bypass the cutscenes) and press the tilde(~) key, type "DebugMode 1" "dm_givelevel 40" and than "SetWIS #" where # is whatever your testing wisdom is.
If it turns out the NS progression is wrong, it may be a bug from an unknown change that was never caught.
A junk module I made for quick tests:

Tested each, ranger got it at 15, paladin at 14 .. this is with 14 wisdom. So yes, the actual progression is different and the wiki is wrong and/or wisdom effects their progression differently.
(and my point about the wiki isn't that the progression is different, it's that the wiki can't really be trusted for accurate information)
