ok just a few questions about this one, ive read the change log.

ok the bludge and element damage, does it stack with whats already on your staff?

so my tagnus staff will do electricity and the random element possibly also electricity for 1d12 - and the 1d12 bludge adds on to the 1d ? already on it ?

and also wizard staves 1 handed you can use a tower shield with em but can i get a yes or no wether wpn focus and improved crit Quarter Staff effect these plz ? and if not maybe club ? lol

I'm almost positive the magic staff does not get anything from quarter staff focus, nor club.

You are correct, Quarter Staff is a different focus from the Magic staff. You will gain nothing from focusing in a Quarter Staff, and wielding a Magic Staff.

also I'm pretty sure the +bludge damage on them will not stack with damage already on the item (from what i can tell your extra bludge damage from the spell is simply ignored if the weapon already has +bludge on it, which is just about every staff). i believe that is the case also for any elemental damage: so if you manage to get a random element that is already on your staff then you get nothing but enhancement bonus.

this spell appears to get its full function when cast on a level 1 nonmagic staff with no bonus damange on it.

the enhancement bonus does seem to work fine, just as gmw but this one goes to +6.

ok so a non magic staff, are there any 1 handed wizard staves that have no bonus damage on them at all ? so i can get full effect from black staff and still use my tower shield - or i have to go a basic q staff to get the most out of it ? i seem to remember a while a go a dm telling me he built one of these and it was using a tower shield - pally sorcerer build.

ah well guess ill have to experiment
