aura of vitality (cleric war domain/druid spell) is listed in the wiki as giving a +4 bonus to Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity. however i've noticed that it only gives +2 to these stats on my lvl 18 cleric. before i correct the wiki can anyone verify whether this bonus increases at all with more cleric levels, or is different for druids?
Yeah just checked on my 16lvl wardomain cleric he's gettin +2
Can't get to my epic war domain cleric (showing inflated levels?)
+2 is more than enough to guarantee max out past 30 with gear anyway. +bulls +end +cats. War domain is kinda bunk for epic toons anyway.

yeah it can be wasted later on, but its handy to cap the entire party in one shot, rather than having to bulls/cats/end everyone. save a few spell slots.
especially useful if there's more than one cleric in the party and you can afford to extend a few.
in any case when you can post what level / feats are on your war cleric that gets +4. could be one of those feat dependent spells.

while i'd trade war domain for travel in a heartbeat (the curse of the MA cleric..) war domain is a decent domain in it's own right. battle mastery is a great "time to put on the super suit" power, unfortunately it's only once per day for a few rounds (more if you are cha based). definitely check out what this domain power does before passing judgement. Given that diversity among cleric domains (travel, trick, yawn) is a worthy goal I'm surprised that War took a hit on this one.
In any case since my war cleric has crossed the epic caster mark and still only gets +2, I've updated the wiki to reflect this fact for future build reference.
correct, not really a problem for the caster. However +4 would make it a better party support spell (thus more in line with the stated goals for the cleric balance mods on this server.) stock a few of these extended and big parties will be much happier to see you coming.LinuxPup wrote:+2 isn't much of a problem... at least for the caster himself.
