Can't use NS book and subrace token

after taking a death express, it happend. i can't use my NS book,the subrace token and the rewards from TC job. also the shop keeper refuse to id items for me,they always say sorry but i don't want to hear that.
Can any DM help me?

Did this happen on Sunday or is it spreading now? If it happened later, this plague could be spreading. We would have our own NS4 bubonic pestilence.
