Hello good people of NS4! I have a little story to tell you. It happened today 18 march 2007 . I'll be brief...
I logged Rune HNs and after the usual greetings to my friends, i moved to avendell to see what was on. Someone was fighting npcs in avendell crossing, so i moved to darkforest to rest... Hellballs from the sky, till i died , ok no problem, then i am raised, and Auril shouts : "DONT ENTER DARKFOREST" .. very well i left and went to Neversummer, . After a few minutes i hear a shout like this :" there is a chest in darkforest if you can reach it there will be a prize..." Very well , I cast haste and go there... last shout i hear , "AND DIE" , hellballed again... After this i thought: this is just a waste of time , i log another toon to level in planes and forget this .. ok. log out but cant log in... it's many hours i try to enter.
Just wanted to tell you this, the truth, not adding any comment.

not taking sides but as i recall the shouts you died 3 times and were raised 3 times. or so the shouts led me to believe. the catapult event is a rather common one that the DM in question does. if indeed you have planar level toons then you will most likely have seen this 'event" before if not then its just bad timing on your part.

i would say this rest for the day and try logging in tomorrow

answer to the last posts... I've read the event shouts ? no. It's common use to kick /bann people for an event? no.
before doing anything harsh is common use to talk, man to man. what if people will start to not comunicate ?

You were told not to enter the Dark Forest, then you were told there's a prize there IF you can reach it. Did alarm bells not go off at this point?! There's clearly going to be a challenge involved.
If you'd taken it slower, then you would only have been hit by 1 volley of hellballs and 1 raise would've been enough to get yourself out of the situation.

FIRST i shouted the event every 4 minutes.. second i HEALED YOU 3 times.. you died i rezzed.. THEN YOU CAME BACK,,and i rezzed you again..
THERE WAS A event and 2 players won..

IF IT SAYS ENTER AND YOU WILL DIE ........WHAT DO YOU THINK IT MEANS
