Logging in Auto Boot

Ok on my girlfriends Laptop i have been using it to DUal log ....

It has been working fine for the past week with my new connection .... now everytime i ttempt to log her in weather my account or hers it auto boots .

I know from previous times when i was banned it wouldnt even let me make a char .... it just said i was banned and that was that. I can also log into the server on my compy and have no problems.

I checked the port to make sure it was the same...

ANy help ?

Ok so i tried multiple loggins on her lappy and i tried her login on my CPU.

It is automaticly giving off a auto boot. Her loggin works on my compy and everything is fine there.

Her Laptop will also log into multiple other servers but neither reflections or Prime.
