DC for Epic Weapons
This is just a thought, but why not raise the DC values of epic weapons to actually mirror the fact that they are epic weapons. An example is that the DC on most epic weapons is around 26. Most PvP deals with DC ranges of mid to upper 30's on average and in many cases lower to mid 40's. When builds can actually go against such high DC values and actually prevail then what sense is there to have lower end DC values on epic weapons? From what I have seen and experienced the DC values of such weapons are close to useless. So why not raise or modify them to where they might actually be of some threat and use? Just an idea.
Power is not given. It is taken.

Ya ya ya I know... stop whining, complaining, and learn to build better.

Well on-hit attributes on weapons are bugged in NWN. They normally don't happen on every hit... and weapons often have percentage of times it will work given the on-hit actually registers.
Vampiric regeneration is an example of something that doesn't happen on every hit. I think it might be every flurry or just random.
