(removed suggestion to timestop and added to spell suggestion thread)

uhh..

i used to dislike monks running with relics. it was Sunny that was the monk runner in my day but it -is- a perfectly viable tactic. Sunny was meant to run..my Jerin Maddox was meant for 1v1 duel domination and versatility, tis a smart move to avoid an uphill battle and use what you got.

This is not a topic discussing TIMESTOP it is discussing how some people dont understand that there are different builds and classes on the server for a reason.That reason being so that players can play whichever type of toon that suits them, and so that all toons are not carbon copies.
PLEASE get back on topic.

eh, people get frustrated when they can't be effective against a particular build, then they vent. everybody wants to think they have the best build ever and hate it when they can't kick your butt with it.

just take the bitching with a grain of salt... heat of the moment frustration.

now theres a contradictory statement...

hence the 3 newest DCN builds are all focused in TimeStop ... but no ; focusing in somthing isnt part of a build..no...not at all...

Wow i guess I didnt realize there were so many people who had no ability to read a post and keep their response on topic.

So..anyway, back to the topic at hand...if you dont like someone elses build, you can at lest try to be mature enough not to call out insults on shout and in tells. After all, most people would then be offended if someone carbon copied their build. Obviously there are some peope who need to learn to deal with the fact that others may make builds that they don't like.

I understand someone getting frustrated but that is no excuse for a guild leader to call someone a "turd POS worthlees excuse for a player" when the guild leader is just angry that he's the one dead. So, he doesnt like the Monk....well now he doesn't like the mage either. Sorry, we arent all building Clerics just to appease one person.

But we aren't all shouting insults to people who play builds that we dont like. That has just boiled down to a few people. I am just trying to encourage them to play without having to be so immature.

Locked, moral of this thread is "If you don't design a counter to something into your build, don't complain if you get beaten by it."

To the exceptions to this moral, like some spells or abilities, we are working on balancing them so no need to get bent out of shape.
