Besides photoshop does anyone know off hand of a program that can create an image out of multiple Jpegs?

for many of my stupid/retarted/funny signs/banners that i make ......i use a way oldschool probram : THe Printshop III .....its about 11 years old now... ROFL !!!! ...but amazingly it has alot of manuvearability when it comes to importing multiple images....

All of M$ should be burned alive for not providing windoze users with some sort of NEW basic image editing software

i auctually would prefer photoshop but; i :
1. dont have the money for it
2. the copies available on my "shady" file hub have been known to have viruses..

so i am sticking with this ghetto program for now

I use JASC Paint Shop Pro 7.04
I don't usually get into the professional stuff, but this program has TONS of features and tools, and it's generally cheap.

The GIMP is free and should able to do these things http://www.gimp.org/. Runs on windows, Linux and probably a few other operating systems.
