So ..... i have been reading the forums alot lately and it really cracks me up.

I loved nwn for 3 years..... playing since ns3 back in the day. I never got invilved in polotics. I never worried about anything. All i did was play. Now, it has turned into a game of balance.

Personally i think the devs have done so much to balance this game its amazing.

Now granted, i have built chars that have been nerfed, and destroyed due to cheese caps, or feats being changed but in all my time of playing i have never seen so much complaining about everything at once.

I recently reactivated my wow account. Just to go back and see how everything is. And then from a short vacation from nwn i come back to see there are like 4 different threads about people screaming "nerf" or "fix" or "ishfbslbfgksdfbkljsdfbglkjsdfhgkljsdfhglkj"

Now i know that this is a free game and strongly built on a community base. But when is enough enough?

As i look at all this complaining i seriously sit here and get sad.

What happened to people trash talking then going into the forums and proving it....

Even with thunderdome people still find excuses y or y not to fight. I dont have time. I cant level a char to 40 like u. blah blah blah.......

And now instead of building a better build to cope with other ones everytime some build dominates it comes to the forums and people B****

What happened to making a better build?

What happened to countless hours of perfecting your character so you can go back to murder someone.

Me personally i miss that.....

I made a disarming monk..... he was mean and i took peoples weapons and didnt give em back. ALOT. so what happened..... People started making builds that didnt use em..... especially my enimies....

Monk/wizz, monk/fighters ..... those were the good ole days.,.....

U get punked ... pick your sorry self back up and reroll a new char....

This is a game .... this is what its for......

It has gotten so bad now that i dont even think about playing again untill there is a "FINAL COPY" stap on the server and noting will get changed.....

Not to extents your talking about.

Go back and read about subraces before u get your panties ina twist....

Go look at the char builds and put a new one together ......

Go FREAKING PLAY

I was about 10 mins from comming back and then i read the forums.....
Earth gen is too much, now people complain mages are too WEAK, (EDIT: profanity and swearing on the forums is NOT allowed! - Mentarch) people......

i dont even want to start a new char cause god knows it will be nerfed to the point of not playing tomorrow....

Creative imput is awesome, when dms ask for it .....

Threads B******* about "this class p00ns me cause im a noob" should get the plaper banned for 24 hours.

so for all who wanted to see havok gone YAY todays the day.....

any friends who need arcane gear or a char to go get gear i have lvl 30+s on both servers ill PM u account name and passy ......

This just isnt what ns was supposed to be...

A bunc of crying babies who dont know how to play ......

And for all u people who know imnot talking about u it was kick *** and mabey ill come back when nwn2 is around.

Seeing noobz complain about KST killing them all the time was entertaining, gonna miss that.

I suppose its easy to forget (or never know, in your case) that in a game like this, the community are the developers. Search far enough back, and you'll see Flailer and Metis (under a different name) making suggestion posts, just like everyone else, prior to becoming devs.

While it is true that many threads get hijacked with suggestions, that does not mean such suggestions should not exist... just in a different forum.

As for sticking around forums when not playing anymore, well that just boggles my mind.

It was a pleasure man. I know you will return, but out of respect for your leaving/taking a break there will be plenty of PKing in your name and honor.
