- Raised CR of Halls of the Dead mobs outside the main crypt - they were too low

You should now no longer be told that you cannot use a item because you are not level 13 when transitioning even though you did not use a level 13+ weapon.
The trap dismantling tool should now give components for the 3 lowest levels of traps (DC also adjusted to craft dc + 10).
You will no longer be able to take damage when respawning, and you will not be able to harm others either.
Added in Epic Chests which should contain the higher level drops for planar bosses, some of the tougher planar mobs, and a chance on the amazon bosses as well.
Let me know feedback on trap and lock difficulty. Also if you find any problem chest spawning areas where the chest gets spawned inside inaccessible locations.
Also, upped the CR of the Skull Harvester to 34 and reduced the discipline a bit. CR of the Corpse Reaper upped to 33 too.

Properties of crafted items for MA level (the gear, not weapons) have been changed in order to support upgradable crafting.
Every time you upgrade your item, you'll increment the properties on it by 1, with caps set in place so that AC on the item doesn't exceed 5 and saves don't exceed 6.
Here's the new properties as well as what they'll be at level 40 once fully upgraded.
Crafting upgrading isn't live yet - we'll let you know when it is. Should be soon now.
