New crafting upgrade option

Alzaara's helm is +4 AC, +5 vs dwarves... not +5 AC all around.

i was thinking of the int bonus not the ac bonus my bad

Actually there are a few items now that drop with a +5 deflection bonus, they just aren't in safe areas.

i must second what netrom said --- i attempted to upgrade a MA level staff a few hrs ago, but it didnt seem to change, probably because it is at least a week or so old.... just for the record

Upgrading a Master Artisan pair of gloves cost 7.5k xp. Ouch, worth it though...but I lost them in a (presumably shifter) crash.

You can use any high level crafting station, but its disabled right now due to some unforseen bugs.

Can the pierce damage on the upgraded crafted [censored] sword be bumped up a tad?
Maybe on par with the slash damage?
I just upgraded to the second level and got what is basically an imbued adamantine [censored] sword with a 1d6 pierce for the low, low cost of 235kgp and 7500xp. It seems to be a case of diminishing returns at least in my opinion. If all the crafted weapons are like that maybe they all need a bump.

out of curiosity, how do you make the highest end items if you can only upgrade twice?

i.e. my lvl 30 ma arcane crafter just rolled up the +8 cleric wis ammy. however it took me 2 upgrades to get it that far, how do i get it to +10? (assuming i get however many levels is required for that).
