Bug Report: Encumbrance across faction borders

I'm not sure if I'm doing this in the right place, but I couldn't find a bug report forum, so sorry if this is out of place or whatever.

I came across a bug when portalling between servers. If you start from server A and cross over into server B, loot up until you are encumbered, then cross back over into server A, then sell off your stuff so you're no longer encumbered, then cross over into server B, upon entering you will have movement speed decreased as if you were still encumbered, even though you are beneath your maximum weight tolerance. If you then cross back over to server A, your movement speed will be normal again, but if you re-enter B, the bug will still be there.

I HAVE found one way to correct this problem but it requires tow things: 1) that you are carrying more than you could normally and 2) that you are wearing a piece of gear that raises your strength so you are not encumbered... When you cross over into the "encumbrance bug" server (server B in the above example) simply remove your strength bonuses, thereby encumbering yourself, and then re-equip it and the problem will be fixed.

I don't actually know if anyone else has been experiencing this problem, but I figured I'd report it }: )

Oh and another little thing... Elvin the vendor in Neversummer, outside the smithy, sometimes says parts of the "job status" dialogue from the dude in the barracks who gives you the jobs }: P

I heard from someone else that they fixed it by turning off detect mode (ie it got turned on when they entered the server).

i had this issue. fixed it by removing all my gear and replacing it

That or stealth mode.

Yeah, i've used stealth mode in probs like that. Also, if you leave the server in stealth mode and rejoin, sometimes you have a movement speed decrease without the stealth. This is solved in the same way, use stealth mode then destealth.
Also, what's weird, is sometimes when i craft in the clothing building in avendell i can go over my weight limit with crafted items but not be encumbered.

I noticed the same thing with encumberance in the shops, but it seems fine there because you are supposed to be trying stuff on. I think you are properly encumbered when you leave the shop, and definitely once you leave town.

Hm.. that's pretty cool then. Kinda weird that the crafted items work the same way, but oh well. I like it.
