Characters aren't receiving the +2 ab/ac against orcs after finishing level 5.

I finished the Stalwart job and there seem to be a number of other bugs:

* I never got a "master" message from the npc or in my journal. Switching to Minemaster then back to Stalwart will cause the npc to give the message that you're a master. The journal entry will then say you've mastered the job, but not list the level 7 bonuses. (You do get the level 7 bonuses though).

* After you've mastered Stalwart, switching to Minemaster causes you to lose all Stalwart bonuses and lose the slammer.

* Still no +2ab/ac vs orcs.

Bump. Yeah I've had the problem as well when switching to Minemaster.

Now I no longer have the "Master" status. It just says I've completed level 8 of Stalwart.

Also, the first job as Minemaster, ore delivery, never indicates when you are done. You have to make a guess, then go to the npc to find out if you're correct or not.

This really needs to be fixed.
I decided to try something out. I stayed as Minemaster and mastered the job. Then I switched back to Stalwart, hoping that I'd get my bonuses back and that the same thing that happened when switching to Minemaster from Stalwart didn't happen when switching from to Stalwart from Minemaster. Same thing did, and when I switched I didn't get the +1 Con and +1 Wis bonus as a Master Stalwart.

The +1 con bonus from the stalwart mastery replaces the +2 con bonus from minemaster mastery. If you don't get con+3 from completing them both, at least you should get the better of the two...

Checked my dwarves also after speaking with Myrdyr in game. Only receiving +1 con (journal indicates +2) even though master at both jobs. Perhaps this is just a typo in the job benefit description and should only be +1 and not +2? Perhaps one is overriding the other? Please add to the list to check.

When you have mastered Stalwart job, and then start the Minemaster job you will lose your Stalwart abilities and skills. This can be reversed when you change back to Stalwart, and your hammer will come back.

Until this is fixed , the only reason to even do the Minemaster job, (imo) is to get the Minemaster rod.

(btw) I have tested this again just the other day, the jobs will not stack.

If anyone knows a trick to make the jobs stack , please let us know.

Hm, I mastered first the minemaster and then the stalwart job. I know I have both items now. Though I have to check what the real boni are, I could bet I have both. Although the info on the jobs should get you a higher ability bonus, it's only +1 con and wisdom, and some skills.

EDIT: the only bonus not working is the +2 con from the job with +1 wisdom. But I think this is the info error I had mentioned above. Only the +1 con is working from the other job. Might be that one bonus overrides the other though.

62 ore should be plenty. You should only need 15 or 20 ore to complete the job. Go ahead and talk to Glorin Ironforge.

After you finish the minemaster job, talk to the job giver and change your job back to stalwart. You will then have both the miner's forge and the stalwart slammer.
