Wicked high DC for disease

I just ran into a rotting zombie with c.r. of 1.0 that hit me with a disease with a d.c. of 32. Subsequent saves had a d.c. of 32 as well. Is it just me or is this a little out of whack? Don't know what the disease is but it affected my str and con. If it isn't out of whack I guess I just stay away from undead forever.

edit: oh wait. a zombie you say? ok, only seen it on ghouls so far.

Not only is a zombie but it is also a C.R. of 1 unlike the other post which was a level 4ish ghoul. Which makes this even further out of whack. I generally try to make a search of things before I post. I did not find anything in help and support. Binkyuk, if you notice the other post is in general discussion, which this situation does not call for.
