In order to help us diagnose these crashes, we need more data.
In addtion to reporting crashes that you experience, please note any things that might be different about when it crashes and when it doesn't - in a certain shifted form, from a magical vs a physical damage attack, only when your HP drops below 0 but above -10, if the server was packed or mostly empty, etc.
There's unfortunately no error messages that get written to the server log file when the server crashes - just a '[shifter's name] died' and that's it.
If we can establish what the commonality in why they crash the server sometimes and not others, that'd be helpful.

Lets see. When the server crashed, my toon did not die, however, when I logged back on, I was dead. When my toon was hit with the fatal blow, everything froze and I was not dead. I could still move around. I was using the kobald commando.
EDIT: I believe the server was fairly packed when the crash happened. Also, was fighting a large mob at the time of the crash. Our group size was also large (i think 7). Died using the same shifter form earlier in the day. However, I don't think the server was as packed and I was in a smaller group (i think 4 or 5). One wierd thing that I noticed was that I was getting xp from my group's kills even when dead. Either that or my xp somehow increased as a result of the crash.

I think i crahed the server with my new druid character, 36 hours ago (sorry for the delay - dont have my comp actually). Login:Ash'Kren, character name : Altin.
My character was lvl 5 druid, in brown bear shape when it happened. At the death strike, the portrait of my character returned to the human portrait and the hp bar was at the half. Instant crash, so no possibility to interact. The character himself was always in (dead) bear shape. At the relog (after server reboot), he was in human shape, dead, and with respawn menu viewing.
I don't know if its in relation, but i noticed a strange thing. In this shape, a boost of hp occurs. And this boost happens again when i loot items (all except kits and jewelry I think) or when I pass in another area.
Don't know if its intentionnal. But the thing I was thinking, its that hp boost occurs at death too. It would explain why the hp bar of the character was at half (his hp max were nearly the double value of this shape hp boost) after his death.
Another thing, more minor, is that when I was making a rest in shape at level 5, the character stayed in animal shape after the rest. Not anymore at level 6 (back to human shape after resting).
Hope it will help you to find the bug...
