I dont think a guilds absence of members alone is reason to get rid of it. However if there is a new group that wishes to form an official guild in a faction where the current guilds are absent, they should be able to oust the current guild.

You'd think so but Slaves were not able to do this to kST, if they had not left on their own we may still be unofficial.

I agree with O'Dearly. Besides, somebody needs to get the Shadow Legion back at the top.
