Lets give MA travel domain
From a balance standpoint, i dont see it being a problem- there is no monk speed/barbarian speed etc. MA is not OP in the speed department.
Garagoth is said to be set off from the rest of the world and uses magical travel- but no travel domain!?
I would really like to see this change, and I know a lot of others feel the same way. This is my favorite domain and can't see why MA should be restricted against using it.

You have plenty of high powered mages in MA. That's all you need.

Ok, here is a RP (sorta) reason for adding Travel.
Garagoth is city of mages and theives etc... and if a previous thread the major counter to having monks in MA is because we are meant to have "magical" means of travelling. How can our clerics "magically" travel without travel domain. I think this just makes sense since we are meant to be a faction of mages (clerics can be classes as mages
) it makes sense that our clerics can also magically travel.

Due to the lengthy distance from Garagoth to teh other cities they have developed means of magically travelling across the harsh terrain in order to recon their enemies. (this is practically gathered from the intro movie and MA bio)

Seems that everyone thinks PM makes the Mystral Ascendancy the super-faction that has to be cut down. If I've missed the point, then please tell me. Seriously though - and if I'm going against the perceived balance here then I'm sorry - but a PM is not the be-all end-all. They have their weaknesses, and require a large amount of work. I'm sure there is a reason for stripping MA of a fair few clerical domains (travel included), but could I get the actual reason? And no, responses along the lines of "Cos u get PMs" just won't cut it.

Ragnareith, why don't AO have paladin in their midst, why has TC no rogues, why SL no rangers, why why why... If you want to make a travel cleric, go to another faction without a tag, if youre in a guild.
Really, nobody here has to give you a reason. I guess, the Devs had a reason for it. Although I don't see why Garagoth wouldnt have the possibility to make such a cleric.
This isn't the problem though: sometimes you have to accept what live brings your way. And remember life isnt just. And games neither
