Damage types stacking?

I couldn't find a previous discussion that I recalled of this.

If I have a sword that has
Bonus damage 2d6 slashing
and
Bonus damage 1d6 slashing vs Dragons

Do I actually do 3d6 vs dragons, or does it not stack properly?

It doesn't stack, it should afaik have 3d6 vs Dragons to get all the bonus the designer intended to have. The same applies to elemental damage. If a sword has 1d6 fire against molemen i.e. and 1d4 fire against anything: it does only 1d6 fire against molemen.
That's why Attack Bonus and Enhancement Bonus don't stack either, it takes the highest value altho it should take the extra dmg from EB too.

That's what I recalled to be the case.

There are at least two morningstars (Northern Light +3 and Slayer of the Dead) that need to be updated to reflect this.
